John Wood Preston (Snr) (1855-1903) a mohair sorter and Annie Teresa Preston nee Davy (1856-1927) of 4 King Edward Terrace, Burley in Wharfedale.
Martha Annie Preston (1883-1898)
William Preston (25 Aug 1886 - unknown date of death) All 4 Preston brothers were members of one of the Burley in Wharfedale football teams. William was in the Burley in Wharfedale AFC side that were West Yorkshire League 2nd Division Champions in 1908.
Florence Preston (25 Aug 1886-1941) twin sister of William Preston.

John Wood Preston (Jnr) (1890-1916). In 1911 John was a mechanic working at Wm. Fison & Co. Ltd., Greenholme Mills. He was an active member of Burley in Wharfedale AFC football team and played at half-back for Otley Rugby Union Football Club.
Served Duke of Wellington’s West Riding Regiment 9th Battalion. No.12731, died 2nd March 1916 & is buried at Menin Gate, Belgium.
Harry Preston (1892-1961)
Charles Preston (1895-1917). In 1911 Charles was a wool sorter at Greenholme Mills.
In 1913 he was awarded a medal in the Wharfedale Trophy St John Ambulance Association competition.

As a keen member of the St John Ambulance Brigade, when he enlisted in 1914 he joined the Royal Army Medical Corps 9th Field Ambulance Brigade No.25656. He spent 11 months training at Aldershot and then went to serve in France & Flanders.
Died of gas poisoning & pneumonia October 17th 1917, buried in Mont Huon Military Cemetery, Le Treport, France.
